CaseAware™ is a case management system and integration platform suite that provides a single interface to the Firm for managing their cases as well as sending and receiving data to and from various external systems. Through the implementation of this software, we have the ability to streamline our timelines, process and services.
CaseAware™ has multiple security levels that can be used to control access to various system components. With this security model, you can be assured that sensitive information is available only to those that need it. Additionally, the security system enables the Firm to keep procedural controls in place by enabling access to the setup information (i.e. list of case types, workflow steps, etc.).
Our firm also has direct communication with client interfaces such as LenStar, VendorScape and NewTrack.
Additionally, we recently became a paperless office. This transition allows our staff to be well organized and work effectively and efficiently. They can find the appropriate file with a push of a button which allows minimum loss of time searching or requesting a file from the file room.
