Biography

Tim McKay joins the Indianapolis office and will primarily handle Indiana settlement conferences for the firm. He was most recently associate litigation counsel with Schuckit & Associates, P.C. in Zionsville, Indiana, where he served as outside defense counsel for a national consumer reporting agency in Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation and practiced general commercial litigation. In that capacity, he litigated cases in multiple federal jurisdictions and Indiana state court.

During law school, Tim was a member of the Indiana Law Review and Dean’s Tutorial Society. He was also a law clerk for the Honorable, Cynthia J. Ayers, in Marion County, Indiana and held an internship at the Indiana State Public Defender’s Office, which represents petitioners in post-conviction relief proceedings.

Personal

Tim is a lifelong Indianapolis resident. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading and running. Tim is an avid supporter of Xavier University basketball, Indiana University basketball, the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana Pacers.
