Biography

Mr. Wood is a retired Commander, United States Naval Reserve, JAG officer with over twenty years of service. He has been in private practice in Connecticut and Ohio with an emphasis on real estate, title insurance, litigation and foreclosure practice. He has extensive experience handling title insurance claims as in-house counsel for both Lawyers Title Insurance Co. and First American Title Insurance Companies. Mr. Wood also held a title agent license with several underwriters.

Personal

Mr. Wood is married to Zoe Breen Wood, a professor at Case Western Reserve School of Social Work, and they have five grown children. Mr. Wood enjoys hiking, golf, spectator sports, and attending classical and jazz concerts. He has travelled extensively during his years in the Navy and since retirement from active duty, including Asia, Europe, Alaska, Canada, South and Central America and the Caribbean.
