Biography

Janice L. Oelker joined Reisenfeld & Associates in 1993 as the personal legal secretary to Sylvan P. Reisenfeld. Over the years, she directed her focus to involve more employee relations and human resources responsibilities. Janice does everything from interviewing possible candidates for the firm, benefits administration, open enrollment, employees changes, payroll and handling associate relations issues.

Janice began her legal career at the law firm of Bloom & Greene where she was a paralegal for 12 years and took on additional duties such as billing, accounts payable, accounts receivables and payroll.

Personal

Janice is a native of Cincinnati and enjoys running, walking, hiking, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She lives just north of the city and has one daughter, Jennifer.
