Biography

Jim Hartman joined Reisenfeld & Associates in March 2008 and is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies and processes throughout the firm. His HR team handles staffing, employee relations, compensation decisions and other human resources initiatives.

Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates, Jim was the Director of Human Resources & Administration for the Convergys Corporation. In this capacity, he led teams responsible for all aspects of staffing, employee benefits, employee relations and labor relations. He managed the college relations and intern programs for all of the company's North American offices. Additionally, Jim facilitated quarterly sessions of “Leading the Future,” a three-day program developing leadership skills in the executive management.

While at Convergys Corporation for over 25 years, Jim held a variety of management positions in Human Resources and Information Technology, including international assignments in Great Britain, Germany and Switzerland.

Most recently, Jim was elected to the board of iSPACE, a non-profit organization developing programs, facilities and people to inspire science, technology, engineering and mathematics education in Greater Cincinnati.

Personal

Jim is a native Cincinnatian who enjoys running, cycling and music. He and his wife, Kim, have three children and currently reside in Columbia-Tusculum.
