Biography

Prior to joining Reisenfeld & Associates in 2006, Mr. Howard was a Senior Special Assets Officer and Assistant Vice President for Fifth Third Bank in Ohio. While there, Mr. Howard provided direction and support to outside counsel on complex workouts and Chapter 11 Bankruptcies.

Prior to that, Mr. Howard was an associate attorney in charge of Indiana Foreclosure for Statman, Harris, & Eyrich, LLC in Ohio. While there, Mr. Howard represented creditor’s rights in foreclosure, litigation, and loan workout. Mr. Howard began his law practice with Weltman, Weinberg and Reis in Cincinnati, Ohio as the associate in charge of the Kentucky Foreclosure Department. While there, Mr. Howard represented both consumer and commercial creditor’s rights in foreclosure matters.

Personal

Jerry and his wife, Diana of 21 years, reside in Bright, Indiana with two of their three children, Matthew and Michelle. Their oldest daughter Leslie is married and currently resides in Brazil. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys hunting, trap shooting and competitive pistol shooting. Jerry and Diana enjoy watching their children participate in school sports such as tennis, basketball, soccer and fast-pitch softball.
